The overall concept of this kinetic sculpture is to exhibit the flow of relative and complimentary rotatory motion. The gears for the mechanism were made with bamboo. Getting such amount of accuracy in a handmade product was hectic. I have used plywood and mild steel other than bamboo, in this project. The 2D size of the sculptor is 1250x950mm.
Bamboo strips were finished and heat bend to get the curve.
