Design:
HR Shared Services Center logo has been designed as per the theme "We are one!"

All the three verticals of SSC: HR Operations, Data Management and Resourcing Competency Center (Talent Acquisition) are in the form of orange square having the six bent handles combined together to form an endless loop at its center.

The six hands represent business principles as Customer First, People Empowerment, Innovation, Simplification, Execution and Results. The unite loop symbolizes the correlation between the business principles.

The bends in the end of hands give the feeling of sharing where Respect, Transparency, Integrity, Collaboration are shared uniformly. 

Color: Colour has a huge role in visual perception, emotion and human behavior. Color can influence reaction and trigger our appetites.

Orange: 
We have used the Orange & White colour 

Psychological Properties: Orange is a combination of red and yellow. Red is filled with energy and stimulation, and yellow is responsible for the happiness and cheerfulness. It is a more active color because it makes us react by gut feeling.

In relation to HR SSC: Orange is a very social color, making people open up and enhance their communication. It is a very inviting color as it gets people talking and inspires a good mood. It is an excellent color if we want to learn new things and look for new ideas. It lifts up our personal limits allowing us to assimilate more and develop. It also gives us a greater self-respect and the impulse to respect others. 

Font:
We have used Helvetica Neue in the typeface. Font is Bold for focusing and getting established the theme "we are one!" Brand name HR Shared Services Centervis light.

In relation to HR SSC: The Helvetica typeface is one of the most famous and popular in the world. Helvetica is ubiquitous because it works so well. The design embodies the concept that a typeface should absolutely support the reading process – that clear communication is the primary goal of typography.
