Peter-McGill Community Council -Branding

Peter McGill Community Council
The Peter-McGill Community Council is a non-profit organisation and neighbourhood roundtable that brings together various bodies in western downtown Montreal to improve life in the neighbourhood. Residents are at the heart of the Council, making up over half of their membership.
// La Table de quartier au centre-ville de Montréal a pour mission de favoriser le rassemblement et la concertation entre les résidents, commerçants, travailleurs, étudiants dans le quartier, et les organismes publics et communautaires qui les desservent.
The concept of the logo brings together the idea of energy and synergy within the downtown community as well as the diversity of its members and stakeholders. The handwritten logo and hand traced skyline emphasize the human centered service at the core of their mission while the new more vibrant and joyful color palette reflects the diverse essence of the community that inhabits this neighbourhood.
