BRAND IDENTITY
M109 is a brand new contemporary signature villa designed
by the reknown Argentinean architect Carlos Lamas,
completed spring 2019. The south facing villa is located in a quite,
dead-end street in the highly desirable beachside area of Marbesa,
Marbella East, just a few minutes from the lively Elviria
and the pittoresque port of Cabopino.
Solution
We had a pleasure to create brand identity for this real estate project located in Spain.
The sunny place give us inspiration to create minimalistic and elegant brand materials.
Subtle and sophisticated treatment of the brand is enough. The villa itself is representative.
Visual identity is just an addition. It was our aim. Combination of quality paper stock
with a white printing technique. All items in the stationery were considered
to maximum attention to detail.
