This is SPIRAL.

It's a camera web app that renders pictures with a single spiral of variable width. You can tweak the spiral, switch between the cameras on your phone (it also works on desktop if you've got a camera), make it black & white or colourful, etc, all within a web browser. Try it for yourself!
