Branding, identity and bottle design for a new apple craft spirit from Sogn, Norway targeting millennials with emphasis on the old fruit farming traditions in Sogn. The Norwegian word "Stæjl" means steep, adamant and unyielding which fits the description of both the nature of Sogn and the stubborn, strong-willed apple farmers. Stæjl is for and by the new generation.
