Started cutting with a scalpel into the A4 size black paper.

The tree is finished but still has to be glued down onto a hand-tinted background.
With a couple of seagulls cut and glued in place, the papercut is finished. The black border line has been added with photoshop as the papercut will be framed with a black core mount that will give this black edge.
