Video analytics camera
Concept
ORBIS is a compact video analytics camera for stores. The design of the device lets customers put it on the shelf or on the wall. The front side is composed of a camera, power button, small LED and changeable panel. One of these panels provides cover of external LTE modem when it is used.
Style
Our goal was to create a modern, laconic and simple camera design that could easily be a part of any interior. Soft forms of the camera will not attract store customer’s attention and will not create a ‘‘surveillance’’ sense.
On the wall
There are 3 ways to fix the device to the wall:
1. When power is supplied, the device can be fixed with the help of special a attachment panel. This panel is fastened with 2 screws.
2. When the store does not have the ability to hide power cables in the wall, the camera can be hunged up (like a wall clock). The attachment panel has a special cut for cabling underneath.
3. When drilling is not desirable, the device can be taped to the wall with double-sided tape.
On the shelf
The shape of the case is stable by itself and allows you to place the camera on any horizontal surface. The kit also includes silicone pads which can be taped to the bottom to add more stability.
Panels
The design provides 2 types of front panels: the small one for compact placement of the device and the bigger one that covers an external LTE modem. You can pick up a color of panel matched to the interior design and change the panel at any time.
