The project was developed in cooperation with the city hall. The main objective of the project was to create a new fashionable urban environment in a historical context. The main users of this territory are students, citizens, guests of the city. This project is a winner in all-russian contest of “The best projects of creation of comfortable urban environment in small towns and historic settlements”.
