O projecto Cutty Sark foi lançado como um concurso aberto para a realização da imagem que comemora o aniversário em que o barco Cutty Sark foi português, de 1895 a 1922.
Memórias, passado, mito e fantasia foram os alicerces para a nova imagem, um barco que em tempos foi nosso e hoje dele já só temos histórias e registos, como um verdadeiro barco fantasma. O registo de elementos que pertencem aos descobrimentos, à mitologia e às memórias deram corpo à imagem gráfica.
The Cutty Sark contest was released as an open competition for the realization for a limited edition bottle that celebrates the birthday of when Cutty Sark was possessed by the Portuguese.
Memories, past, myth and fantasy were the foundations for the new image, a boat that was once ours and no longer is, only stories and records are left behind like a real ghost ship. Basing ourselves on those elements the graphism for the special edition is born.
