Noopur Datye designed extended Latin 4 glyphset for Baloo (Latin) Heavy weight.
Omkar Shende initially worked on Baloo Tammudu (Telugu) Heavy weight.
Unnati Kotecha helped me at the very initial stage of Baloo Chettan (Malayalam) Regular weight.
Baloo 2 in 5 weights in 10 scripts is also libre licenced.
