This was my proposal in "Thinking-Alternative designs for offices" competition by non-architecture. 

STEP 1

To detoxicate the city from the stress and the anxiety of work all the companies will have to relocate outside of the civilian part of the town.

STEP 2

To achieve the maximum amount of information being generated, companies will have to be less competitive with each other and work together for the benefit of the human kind

STEP 3

To reduce the unemployment and help the growth of the small companies every worker in this job community won’t have to work in an individual company but will occupy themselves with projects from deferent companies depending on each other’s skills. 

FINAL STEP

Inspired by internet servers, our proposal is a city-sized building which accommodates all kinds of companies, from the small/local ones to international giants. Offices will be sphere-shaped rooms which move into the tubes to transport the employees wherever thy will be needed. As a result, we have Human Engine Information Generator (H.E.I.G.)
