This is an apartment for a couple with a teenage daughter. Previously the customers lived in a large country house. And moving into a 94 m2 apartment is quite a radical change of living conditions for them. We wanted to keep them comfortable, despite the fact that the number of meters is much less than in the house where they lived before. We divided the apartment functionally into two zones: common (entrance hall, kitchen-living room, guest bathroom, laundry room) and private (bedrooms, dressing room, bathroom).
We created a modern interior, fitting all the necessary rooms, maintaining a sense of airiness and uninhibited space. We let as much natural light into the rooms as possible. Competent functional zoning was performed taking into account ergonomics. Equipped with modern ventilation and air conditioning systems, lighting and acoustics. The interior was created from scratch. And it was painted like a painting, based even on the landscape outside the window. The exterior acts in a way as a background for the interior. In the living room, the bright adjacent building of the residential complex is actively visible, and we took this into account when designing the space and choosing the finishes and color combinations.
