Alpha~nauts is a modular font I have created using a set of shapes to make up the alphabet. As for my influences I was particularly drawn into a more illustrative and quirky style. Therefore I aimed to achieve these bright and fun aesthetics by focusing on the abstract forms and silhouette of each letter.
For the reverse side of my modular specimen sheet I have decided to make a collection of abstract animals from A-Z. I thought it would add a element of playfulness to my design, and also it can show alternative uses for my font.
