Architectural Model Making

Architectural Model Making is something that all architects need to be good at, even if their focus is in the 3D compositing world or digital workflows. Here is a series of my model making skills. These are all done by hand with no CNC cutting. Enjoy. Please appreciate it if you like. 
I really wanted to give the effect of the structure reflecting off of the water as I intended for the location in the Bay Area. 
Asymmetry of angles in contrast to symmetrical curves is one of the repeating patterns that defines Modern Masterpiece's design philosophy by embracing harmony of counterparts. 
The 9 Square Grid project title "The Diamond Ring." Here is a cad rendering of the physical model. I intend to keep this plan in the professional portfolio. It's an Urban Civic  Center with places for dining, enjoying the city, or gathering.  A small Hydro Electric waterfall rests in the center of this grid of hierarchy.
Built in shelving in a suite hallway with egress to an outdoor-in tea room/study, and balcony. 1 meter thick wall. Built in solar water heater is built into the surrounding structure to supply a waterfall shower up to 12 hours per day.
