thyssenkrupp Elevator Brazil asked EFEX™ digital to create a product that could help to improve their sales team's performance.
The project should create a 10x impact to change conventions, disrupt the industry, and create a unique and valuable sales product.
After researching, prototyping and testing different solutions with customers and employees, the EFEX™ digital team came up with a product that would allow people to easily configure, edit, and quote their own elevator.
The thyssenkrupp cabin design app was born, and it became an interactive product customisation and visualisation platform featuring:
• Ultimate personal experience through real-time interaction with the product
• One-click quote download based on customisation
• Accessible at anytime from anywhere
By understanding the stakeholder's needs we were able to frame the right opportunity and design the perfect e-commerce solution: the ultimate sales tool.
