This was my thesis proposal for futuristic urban development guidelines for old city center in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The main idea was to exercise a concept for achieving density and introduction of heterogeneous function in the commercial zone, to revitalize the dying city area enabling democratic and civil participation and mass sharing.

The image shows what we could achieve, and how contrasting it looks from the existing dying skyline.

The artwork was created by tremendous prototyping with sketches and later utilizing grasshopper and rhino modelling to build up the model. Then capturing drone shots, calibrating the perspective match and rendering with vray for rhino. Finally using Photoshop to paint, add montages, dodge and burning and finally color grading to push the statement!
