For this Daily Photoshop Challenge, I used the Curvature Pen tool to cut out the pants. I then used the brush tool to create a graffiti art style layer underneath. Then I created some text and added an outer glow to give it a bit of shine like the mural's text. I finally added an Facet Filter which I think really added to the illusion.
