The FLOW Project

#TheFlowProject series is a not-for-profit project set-up by the creatives at H&G Creations & Collective Dublin. The main event "FLOW" is dedicated to workshops surrounding self-care through talks, open discussions and practical exercises. Each element of self-care was explored with a complementary FLOW workbook, allowing attendees to not only be taught the techniques to achieve a happier mindset, but also be given the tools to take home that can be further integrated into everyday life.

On the lead up to the event we gave the people of Dublin the chance to show what they were grateful for on a giant chalkboard outside The Bernard Shaw that projected self-love into the people and the streets within our beautiful city. On the board were boxes filled with loving affirmations intended for each person to pass on to someone they love.

#TheFlowProject series is a day of workshops surrounding connection, sharing and self-development. Through the topics of gratitude, forgiveness, acceptance, meditation, self-care, CBT, dance, expression & exercise, The Flow Project offered a safe space for attendees to be guided through talks and practices whilst also given the tools, in the form of a booklet, to integrate these teachings into their everyday life.
'The Flow Project' Moving Poster
The FLOW workbook is divided into 7 sections, each visualising one of the 7 discussions occurring throughout the course of the event. Visually, we assigned each section a colour palette. This distinguished each each section from the others and allowed the reader to easily find them in the booklet. The end of each section also had a space left for the reader to write down their own thoughts on the talks being given and bring them home as a reminder.

The varying colours/gradients and bobbing shapes proved to be wonderfully versatile in the whole course of the campaign. Movement was established in the social media campaigns creating a moving poster, making it synonymous with the event name "Flow".
