36 Days of Type is a project that invites Designers, Illustrators and Graphic Artists to express their particular interpretation of the letters and numbers of a latin alphabet.
For this 2019 edition I wanted to discover and get inspired by various artists and try their techniques. Therefore each letter is dedicated to one artist and their style. It was an interesting experience going through each artist's artworks and analyzing their technique and deciding how I am going to create each letter. In the end some letters were just collection of previously inspired techniques and no specific artist in mind.
The only rule that I had for myself was to create monochrome letters (for some letters I broke the rule :D).
