Wendell Berry is an American author, poet, and farmer. His work encompasses the conscientious nature of agrarian society, notably nature's innate capacity to cycle from generation to generation.

The poems, stories, and essays that I selected all revolved around the idea of this cyclical nature. The maps in the book are used as an aid in assisting the reader both visually and conceptually, as they journey through the cyclical nature of Wendell Berry's writing for themselves.

The book itself is bound in an accordion format with a removable spine. This allows the reader to both flip through the pages to view each spread individually, or pull the spreads out so that the book takes on the feel of a large atlas.
