The project was done at VIA University in Horsens, Denmark.
The project was awarded 1st prize by the students voting, and 3rd prize by professional jury voting in school competition.

The area consits mostly of small residential buildings. That's why we tried to make the building look smaller. We achieved this by creating facade divided into black and white parts.
The main idea about the site plan was to create a meeting point ('Plaza') in the middle, between the buildings. Both staircases are only accesible from the plaza, making it the place where everyone meets in the morning when going to work, or in the evening when returning home. Also, we wanted to create gradual change between public and private zone.
