Abs Diet Plan - 2 Fat Producing Foods to Avoid
Soups can be just full of salt/sodium. I prefer "low sodium" Science Based Green Detox Review  or "no salt added" or similar and yes sometimes I'll add just a little salt if they need it. Creamy soups tend to be very high in fat so watch that!Sauces can also kill you on fat content. Cream based ones are the worst typically so generally stick to vegetable and tomato based sauces.

There is nothing wrong with high fat and sodium occasionally for most of us but for most meals follow these guidelines for healthier eating and living! And don't feel guilty about the occasional splurge! These antioxidants do their work by pretending to be workers. The foreign intruders don't seem to care. When they run into an antioxidant they engage them in their war-like fashion using various methods depending on their character-types.

The intruder intends to steal from the antioxidant thinking the antioxidant is a worker who will become worthless. At the point that the foreign intruder steals from the antioxidant his job ends. He has no more power as he has used his only weapon on the antioxidant. Basically the antioxidant has put one foreign intruder out of business by pretending to be a worker and allowing the foreign intruder to steal from him.

When you plug in another term that is commonly used for the foreign intruder he would be called a "free radical." The antioxidant in the example above would be called the "donor."In reality the free radical goes looking for a specific thing to steal. This "specific thing" is called an "electron." The free radical wants to be complete. He's missing an electron so he has to steal one that is compatible with his particular chemistry. The antioxidant "donor" is a match for the foreign intruder "free radical" so the free radical steals the electron from the donor. The free radical goes away. He is no longer in need because he is not missing an electron.
