In 2012, the National Renewable Energy Lab (NREL) began building its Energy Systems Integration Facility (ESIF). NREL asked our Design Systems class to create a piece of collateral explaining the complex idea of Energy Systems Integration and the work done in ESIF to a general audience. Our student team produced a 7x7 perfect-bound booklet that explained what Energy Systems Integration was, using real life examples and how ESIF’s work would affect the everyday person.
