Our design concept is based on features of local climate and an economic situation.
The project is offered a design of a funneled roof for collection of rain water to the pool for creation of effect – “House on water”/ Also authors offer a frame design simple wood post-and-lintel construction for cheaper building.
Enclosure structure is folding shutter wish can open and close for protection from weather states, their design keeps a beautiful view on the landscape.
On the first floor the canteen is located with distribution of food. On the second floor there is library with bookcases and benches.
Simplicity and communication with an environment are the main components of this project.
