Coconut Joe's is a restaurant in Isle of Palms SC.  For my graphic design class we were told to find a website that is poorly designed and we were told to redesign the site.  This is the origional website.  Design wise, the paragraph and title are written in Comic Sans, the top is made out of some what tacky Gif's the image of food isn't very appealing, the overall theme is immature.  The use of hot pink is random and doesn't flow with the color scheme of the beach.  

Here I redesigned the website to make it more appealing to an older audience.  Taking out the childlike logo at the top of the page and adding one big blurred image in the background made it easier for the view to have less to look at and more of a central area to focus on.  The colors flow with the food and the body text is clear and to the point.  Taking away the Gifs and "beachy" elements (lei,bamboo,basket material) creates a more sophisticated look.
