What’s the EGOT club?
EGOT is the acronym of Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony Awards, the most prestigious career achievements of the American entertainment. Only fifteen (As of April 2019) people in the world won all four prizes in their career, and they are known as EGOT winners.
I was commissioned by «Corriere della Sera» to design a data visualisation for the printed cultural supplement of the newspaper.
Who are the EGOT winners?
Robert Lopez, John Legend, Rita Moreno, Richard Rodgers, Whoopi Goldberg, Jonathan Tunick, Marvin Hamlisch, Scott Rudin, John Gielgud, Mel Brooks, Andrew Lloyd Webber, Tim Rice, Audrey Hepburn, Mike Nichols, and Helen Hayes are the fifteen famous EGOT winners (as of April 2019).
