When I first saw the service robot at the Shanghai Library, I was scared, not stunning or curious, but frightened, 

because it suddenly started with flexible hands and the inexplicable shaking head.

This is not to say that the robot is very low-end, but I think it may be a little too "advanced"，

So I am thinking, is it really necessary for the service robot to be anthropomorphic or complicated?

I have designed this concept robot, which may be difficult to realize in terms of structure or function, 

but what I want to express is the exploration of a more concise and efficient service robot.
