The 68-acre Creative Village is emerging in the heart of Downtown Orlando. Creative Village is anchored by the nation’s newest, innovative urban campus, UCF and Valencia Downtown, and integrates affordable and market-rate housing with new office space for high-tech, digital media and creative companies. Creative Village brings new housing, educational and career opportunities for our residents.
A public private partnership in its truest form, Creative Village is a long-term partnership between the City of Orlando and its development partner Creative Village Development, LLC along with the University of Central Florida, Valencia College and private developers to redevelop this dynamic and highly connected area of Downtown.

The location, on the west side of downtown, is a representation of the importance of the pillars of Creative Village and their significance in the development of Orlando. This is also an important location in Orlando, near already established communities that will flourish as a result of the opportunities created by new businesses and jobs.
Using the map is also a great way to show the balance of Creative Village. This project is more than just UCF Downtown and Valencia College Downtown. As the branding grows, it will be as simple as pointing to the icon to show how much of the area is designated for other uses.
One of the pillars of Creative Village is connection. Using a map shows how connected this community will be to the people who work and live here, as well as the roads leading to other nearby communities. It shows clear lines to opportunity for the residents of not only Parramore, but District 5 as a whole. The streets are the original roots of this community.
