CHRISTMAS ILLUMINATION Donostia-SS Promotion Contest
Year: 2018
Location: Between the bridges Santa Catalina and María Cristina, Donostia
With this project we want to emphasize something characteristic of Donosti, water. The decoration is inspired by the reflection created by the lights in the river, the curves evoke these reflections and invite to participate in the festivity.
They are placed on both sides of the river, creating a unique frame from the shore and a walk to enjoy colors reminiscent of the aurora borealis, hence the title chosen: Northern Lights.
Designed in a modular way, the valance is created with different interlaced pieces, so the combination possibilities are endless.
