MEO is an anti-pollution mask which gives users protection against the harmful effects of air pollution. Using genetically selected wool from sheep in Wanaka, New Zealand; the filter media is extremely efficient at capturing PM2.5 particles. 

MEO’s pattern printed covers are designed by fashion designer; Karen Walker. This sets it apart from its competitors as the first anti-pollution mask that is fashionably desirable to wear. MEO perfectly blends utility and fashion. With eight unique cover designs available in two ranges, fashion and classic, users are given the ability to change their look depending on their mood or the occasion.

Procreate conducted research and produced aesthetic driven concepts as to how this mask could look and fit on the users face. 

An aesthetic direction was chosen and the team went on to prototype and refine the functionality of the concept. 

We worked alongside the Karen Walker team producing the printed textile covers and Lanaco who were manufacturing the wool filter media, whilst developing the sub-structure, straps and clip design for manufacture.
