This is a series of illustrations based on a road trip I took last year with my husband & my mother.
We started off by driving through the Columbia River Gorge, stopping at Multnomah Falls.
Along the Gorge we stopped at the Stonehenge Monument in Washington.
(Definitely recommend stopping by there! It was really surreal!)
From there we drove North up into the Mountains to Leavenworth, a bavarian-style town.
As we headed back home we drove through Snoqualmie pass and stopped to see Snoqualmie falls, featured in my favorite TV show, Twin Peaks, along with a lot of other locations in the town, but that's for another illustrated journal.
