60s open for ESPN’s NBA COUNTDOWN - a full day line-up of the league’s top teams on Christmas Day. The full piece aired before the key games, and was also edited down to create a slew of promo pieces to use throughout the day across affiliate networks.
We developed a concept and script centered around an epic neighborhood Christmas light fight to mirror the day’s most anticipated team match-ups. Using a mix of After Effects and 3D, we choreographed scenes to seamlessly integrate team rivalries with holiday flare. Additional deliverables included individual team match-up endcards, a treated NBA Countdown logo, a sponsor page, and looping animations.
