48 Heures is a “life system” designed by Patrice Ouellet in Québec City, Canada, for corporate leaders 
to achieve world-class performance while ensuring health & happiness in their personal life.
The name 48 Heures comes from the idea that its system compresses time. It reinvents the 24-hour clock. A paradigm shift of how to use your day.

Our icon is inspired by the abstraction of an hourglass (⏳) that, at the same time, works as a graphic system.
