The Pop Up contains around 30 to 40 small pieces of food, they are ephemeral in the event. Held by two servers, they stay "live" for 5 minutes in the event and then return to the kitchen.
The Spring Pop Up re-explores the idea of a "toaster" with the desire to give a sublime presentation of the toast or the bread. It's a new way to sublime the sandwich.
