Golden Balls is a small Vegetarian Takoyaki Restaurant operating at New Zealand community markets.

The Objective
Develop a Brand Identity reflective of Japan's food culture and present Golden Balls as a family friendly snack.

The Solution
The brand identity elements and their characteristic are a playful nod to Japanese Anime culture and in particular their Kawaii aesthetic (culture of cuteness). These playful characteristics have been curated to help Golden Balls stand out from the other stalls and be presented as something fun and exciting for Kiwis to to snack on.
