GPS Tracking/ Fleet Management is a web based GPS tracking solution. It provides Fleet Overview Dashboard, the central source of fleet information providing minute by minute updates. It consists of interactive current location maps and animated breadcrumb (Route Playback) trails with mouse over balloons with complete history.
The solution covers GPS units monitoring, customizable reports, and historical data retained for later analysis and audit, status and recent activity. Speed Management. speed limits and alerts.
It includes customized alerts and notifications systems (SMS, Email) that keep department informed ahead about; when a vehicle has been idling longer than a specified time or a driver is exceeding a specified speed or out of area and specified coverage. Real-time alerts including Speeding, Harsh Acceleration/Braking, Idling, Use outside of operating hours, Movement, Door open/Closed, Temperature high/low.
It provides customizable road classification, find closest vehicle/driver to a location. Route optimization - Find the most efficient way to deliver to multiple destinations. Turn by Turn routing and directions. Dispatching list view with quick-view maps and provides the ability to schedule drivers and vehicles daily activities and manage their assignments to events.
Geofence feature - Mark the location of deliveries for reporting and alerting on arrival/departure or off-hours use.
Run saved reports with one click or set them up to be emailed automatically. Configurable email schedules for Daily, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly for Summary, Utilization, Mileage, Sensor Activity and Stop Report. Programmable event based reporting with store and forward when out of cell coverage. Remotely controlling device via GPRS command. 2 way messaging between users of the system, support, and drivers.
Task scheduling. Export report data with different formats to Excel/PDF and word formats.
