My Life Receipts
My Life Receipts sparked when I found a bunch of old receipts that was kept in my drawers for over a few months. I've always wanted to experiment with scanning scrap paper and manipulating them into design things so I decided to scan my Freitag tag, laptop repair slip and Mcdonald's receipt. So here's what I came up with.
"Don't Cry Over Split Alcohol" is an adaption from an idiom and also the story of how I got that laptop repair slip. Needless to say, I split a can of beer on my laptop and now this piece of design commemorates my stupidity. haha
"Surprise Baby" is a gratitude to someone who gifted me an electric blue Freitag bag for my 19th birthday. Honestly the best one yet.
Sometimes I just imagine the Mcdonald's workers talking bad about my "double cheese burger with no pickles" order because of how redundant it is. Honestly speaking I don't mind the pickles, I just find the special order sticker cool. It makes me feel special teehee I'm lovin' in'
