The Brand
Negativland is an experimental band based in San Francisco, CA. Famous in the 90's for creating music that exploited media and social issues. The band has been sued multiple times for having work that is built from a body of other people’s work.
The Objective
Create an event for a group known as Negativland and then create a direct mail that would be sent to the band's fans with a poster invitation.
The Idea
Inspired by their song "I Still Haven't Find What I'm Looking For" I created a Direct Mail piece and a poster to promote the 20th Anniversary of their CD called U2.
