The impact of paper cups on the environment and economy
This is a flyer design I created for project on documenting the topic of trash. The reason I was drawn towards paper cups at the time was that most people were unaware of the fact that disposable cups are very likely to be impregnated with a layer of plastic, which makes them really difficult to recycle in normal recycling facilities across the world. The aim of the project was to raise awareness of the facts around single-use paper cups and to spark discussion about the sustainability of different coffee cups and their viability on a communal and global scale. Text on the leaflet is short and easy to digest while being informative of the problem in hand.
