Understanding Visual Cue in Games - M.F.A Thesis Visual

Screenshots from my M.F.A ITGM (Game Design) Thesis Visual Project for SCAD.

The project is based on the use of scaling in game environments. In this environment, you are a very small creature exploring a house.

There are a few uses of scale explored within the paper and project. Raw size of an object, texture sizes and how it affects the object it is placed on, object grouping, the use of depth of field, and emotional impact such scaling can have on a player.

The walkthrough of the environment can be viewed here ( the file was a bit larger than Behance allows.)
