Nowadays, technology, with chatbot and virtual assistant as Siri, Alexa, Cortana, seems to have the answer to everything. But are we sure that technology has the answer to everything? When kids face alone big problems, is technology really able to help them? The answer is that only true listening can be the answer to their problems and Telefono Azzurro’s model is based on the active listening of psychologists that answers at the phone, listen and help kids victims of violence.
