TAKING OFF INTO
OUR DIGITAL FUTURE

A series of infographic illustration for Ministry of Communications and Informations (MCI),
to explain about MCI’s Committee of Supply (COS) debate and how they lead the
Singapore’s digital transformation.

MCI acts as the "thrower" of the paper aeroplane which helps carry the people to the
next phase of the digital future. The paper aeroplanes are seen as a metaphor for the budget.
The different segments (businesses, workers, community and cyberspace) are defined by
different folded paper aeroplanes, to symbolise how each section of the budget crafts
a unique digital outcome for the future.
