This is my submission for acceptance into ISTD and the theme was “Lost”. This publication is named “Lost Truth” and spans over decades in history to demonstrate how the truth is being continuously “lost” through different media outlets. We place a high value on the principle of truth. Racism, Anti-Semitism, abuse of human rights all depend on people choosing a certain version of the truth that suits their world view. This book aims to provoke the reader to "critically reflect on the role of the truth" throughout history and particularly now in the age of information (or indeed misinformation and disinformation), as we see a "greater premium on accuracy and fairness than ever before".
