BEWARE
BEWARE hopes to become a clothing brand focused on bringing quality clothing, with eye catching designs.
The idea came out of me wanting to start some sort of clothing brand ever since I was studying in college. I had always tried it but never had the resources to start it. This time would be different.
The name BEWARE is inspired by dog signs. A simple way to come up with the name for a brand but its the name that would always stick in my head.
I wanted a simple logo to start with so came up with some simple block type that fitted really well with ideas I wanted to do.
I also started to tease little designs I was coming up with on social media just overlaying images and adding some type. I even started doing polls on what people would like to see for the first release.
As a designer I am inspired by the music I listen to. When I was coming up with ideas for BEWARE I had changed my ideas little and wanted to focus on a tshirt that was fairly simple but was still eye-catching. The music I was listening to really helped me focus and define a certain look I wanted for t-shirt.
This design ended up becoming the final design for the t-shirt. A simple t-shirt but exactly what I wanted after changing my ideas.
These were also assets I was thinking of using but didn't end up using in the end. Really went with the dog theme on these ones.
To produce the T-shirts I used a website called Everpress, a company that help creative sell merchandise without costing the creative any money, all they need to do I advertise.
