RJ Paper – Paper Sense

RJ Paper – Paper Sense
Sight, Smell, Hearing, Taste and Touch – You’re probably familiar with the 5 senses, but do you have Paper Sense?
Selecting the right paper is also part of creating a brand experience, very much like how colours, typography, images and copywriting set the tone for the brand, and we believe that Paper Sense is an integral part of print design.
Paper Sense features 5 of RJ Paper's most beloved paper materials: Exel Bulky Satin, Grandeur Zen White, Maple Ivory, New Eco Frontier and Maple Snow – all of which are versatile, practical and come in varying weights. Bavani Ratnam of Quillosophy has gracefully allowed us to use her work as part of the project, and it's only appropriate that we use quilling, a form of papercraft to promote paper!
Paper Sense cover design, inspired by Pablo Picasso's art
The Sense of Sight – to appreciate the vivid colours and timeless architecture of a building
The Sense of Smell – to enjoy the smell of flowers in the meadow, or the fresh air in the mountains
The Sense of Hearing – to listen to the beat of the drum
The Sense of Taste – to enjoy a savoury meal enhanced with spices
The Sense of Touch – to feel the world around us with our hands
Paper Sense also features 5 different print finishes for each sense – Holographic Foil Stamping, Blind Spot UV, Pearl Foil Stamping, Matte Gold Foil Stamping and Embossing.
