Umbra Penumbra is a exhibition of cyanotypes by photographer Liz Nicol, the show runs from April 2013 to June 2014 in Venice, Italy.

 

I was asked to design a promotional poster for the exhibition, the piece was required to be both an invitation and a take away promotional object as a remembrance of the show. I developed a purely typographic piece that featured both English and Italian translations of the same text due to its duel audience in England and Italy.
