Animate Shape Layer Arms & Legs [EASY] - Adobe After Effects tutorial
For this week task we are ask to animate shape layer arms and legs using adobe after effect . we are given two tutorial video to choose. Choosing tutorial Animate Shape Layer Arms & Legs [EASY] - Adobe After Effects tutorial that been provided by ECAbrams as my task tutorial this week
As usual we are ask to amend the color scheme of the tutorial, also we can change some of the elements if we want.
Started by create a new composition 1920 by 1080 PX, then show grid and snap it so later the shape layer can easy adjust using the snap grid.
after that create a new shape layer to make the torso which is a rectangle shape an change the position to 0,0 so the rectangle shape are place be in the middle of the composition
Then create a circle for the character hips and put under the rectangle shape
for the character hand, using pen shape tools only used stroke and change the cap into round cap, then copy the hand to make a sleeve . by adding the trim path to make the sleeve shorter,then copy again the sleeve file and change the trim into smaller value and the cap into butt cap
For the legs copy the hand character and change the movement a bit and using repeaters to add another legs
