The project called for the masterplanning and architecture for a 5 acre - 600,000 sq.ft of mixed use development at Chennai. The brief was to create a residential community that was vibrant and pedestrian oriented which a clear distinction in the hierarchy of spaces.
Designed as a pedestrian-friendly development with a network of public, semi public and private open spaces, high end residential units and amenities abutting a lake front, the overall development is oriented to take maximum advantage of the lake view. The residential towers step down towards the lake allowing for visual linkage as well as creating a strong skyline in a developing neighborhood.
