Target Publications started a book series for primary and pre-primary age group to help improve
educational content for kids of rural India. As a part of first series, I illustrated two books, Environmental Science and Vocabulary Builder. Both the books have received acclaim across various schools of the country.

Environmental Science Book
EVS book was designed for children of 3-6 years. KIds of this age group are beginners at learning about the living and non-living world around them. The entire content is supported by realistic illustrations so that kids can relate to real objects from their surroundings.
Visual richness generates curiosity, therefore pictures are supported with names which kids can read aloud and learn spelling as well.
Some subjects were illustrated by creating still life compositions in my studio. Some using photographs. Anatomical drawings were used to achieve right proportions in animals, birds and human. Texture and details were closely studied and illustrated.

Naming each subject in caps and small letters makes memory of the spelling stronger.

Vocabulary Builder Book
Vocabulary Builder Book
Vocab Builder book has unique set of 30 exercises that nudges kids to think creatively to comprehend basics of English language. The book primarily deals with 3-4 letter word exercises helping kids understand patterns within words. Subtle color tones and intriguing illustrations break monotony and add fun.
Exercises are designed and arranged with increase in difficulty level.
In between are fun and coloring activities to engage kids and bring them back till they finish all levels.
Illustration were created using water color, ink and rotring art pen.
Vocab builder book is being widely purchased as a summer holiday supplement to curriculum books.
